Directs Managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback. Drives development and execution of reimbursement strategies for critical growth platforms to support global market access using real-world data sources. Formulates robust value propositions and communication framework for reimbursement deliverables to meet the requirements of clinical and nonclinical stakeholders. Partners with global and regional partners to create value tools, such as value propositions, briefs, and economic models. Administers functional reimbursement inputs to regulatory, pricing, clinical and professional education strategies to support market access and adoption. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
