Job Summary:

The Payroll/WFM Data Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data compliance between HCM, Time & Attendance and Payroll systems. The role will collaborate with various HR teams and non-HR functions (i.e. IT) to document requirements and build solutions for data movement between systems to ensure synchronization based on HCM acting as source of truth. This will also involve supporting the development of eDWH to store T& A and Payroll data globally for internal process dashboards and business reporting by Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data management requirements for payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish HCM global standard of data elements required for Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and systems
  • Document country requirements versus the global standard, identifying local variances and any restrictions for data being captured in Workday
  • Collaborate with Payroll/WFM Transformation team to design standards for timing and mechanism of delivery for providing updates to payroll and time & attendance systems
  • Collaborate with Payroll/WFM Transformation team to develop and implement data transfer processes and solutions for payroll and time & attendance systems
  • Collaborate with HR Audit & Compliance team to ensure correct controls in place to confirm data from HCM being accurately and completely captured in receiving systems
  • Establish processes and controls to ensure Workday HCM used as source of truth.
  • Support IT and Data Analytics team in development of eDWH solution to store payroll and time & attendance data for global reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with Payroll/WFM Transformation team to implement business dashboards and KPIs in eDWH on global payroll execution to measure process health
  • Support efforts to ensure data quality and integrity business wide by applying data governance best practices in payroll and time & attendance systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in data compliance, data management or related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality methodologies.
