Profile

As a Junior HR Country Partner, you bring a high level of emotional stability, a positive mindset, and energy to your work. You actively support a wide range of HR activities, including employment, labor relations, compensation, onboarding and training, placement, health and safety, benefits, and employee services. In this role, you serve as a trusted partner to managers, helping them achieve their business goals. With a continuous improvement mindset and a sharp eye for detail, you approach your responsibilities pragmatically and take ownership of data accuracy and compliance. You contribute to the execution of short- to mid-term strategies (1–3 years) and play a role in shaping the operational direction for the country. Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across various functions, you anticipate client needs and deliver efficient, effective solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with knowledge of local employment law and HR programs (e.g., compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, HR administration) considered an advantage.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Embraces and champions change.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and implement HR best practices.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and timely approach to work.

Task

  • Provide support across a broad range of HR functions, including administrative tasks, regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and retention, recruitment, performance management, leave management, work restrictions, HR audits, and other HR-related processes, in alignment with global, regional, and local requirements.

  • Assist in evaluating business needs for HR programs and policies, and support their implementation and communication following the business approval process.
  • Participate in local contract administration, if required.
  • Execute HR programs and policies in accordance with Company and Center of Expertise (CoE) guidelines, providing input and feedback, including updates on local legal changes.
  • Handle escalated issues from CoEs and Shared Services.
  • Support self-service HR processes and help ensure data accuracy, including organizational structures and system security.

Limited travel may be required.
