The Role: Senior Payroll Specialist

What will you do?
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free
  • You will be part of the regional payroll team that administrates payroll for more than 10 countries, reporting to the Regional Leader, Payroll & Data Management
  • Process in-house payroll using a payroll system for Australia and Singapore.
  • Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations
  • Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits
  • Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports
  • Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents etc.)
  • Maintain data updates in HR information systems
  • Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation
  • Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/ HR/ Mathematics/ Accounting
  • 5 - 7 years of payroll experience preferred
  • An appetite for challenges and driving changes
  • Independent, meticulous, time-conscious and organized
  • Able to work in a team
