Job Description

Schneider Electric is hiring a Project Manager (Data Center) in Bangkok, 10. This is a full-time position.

Project Manager (Data Center)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure timely execution, delivery, invoicing, billing milestone achievement, and full compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource estimates, and risk mitigation strategies while continuously monitoring project performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and analytical guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Support the delivery of data center solutions, including UPS systems, LV/MV switchgear, power distribution units (PDUs), battery energy storage systems, transformers, busway systems, containerized/modular power solutions (PTUs), CRACs, CRAHs, FWUs, liquid cooling systems, and related electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), including preparation of test procedures, execution of testing activities, and coordination with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project acceptance.
  • Coordinate with Customer, Procurement, and Logistics teams on material availability, ordering, lead times, and delivery schedules to support project execution.
  • Manage subcontractors and service partners, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, project governance processes, and company policies.


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in data center, critical power, or electrical infrastructure projects, including UPS systems, LV/MV switchgear, PDUs, battery systems, transformers, busway, containerized/modular power solutions (PTUs), CRACs, CRAHs, FWUs, liquid cooling systems, and related electrical and mechanical infrastructure
  • Proven experience managing site execution, commissioning activities, subcontractor coordination, and project handover.
  • Experience working with EPC contractors, general contractors, consultants, end customers, and service providers in complex project environments.
  • Strong understanding of data center project delivery, HSE requirements, method statements, permit-to-work processes, commissioning procedures, handover documentation, and project governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in hyperscale and/or colocation data center projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in regional or multinational project environments is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
