The Role: Join us as an
Offer Marketing Specialist / Senior Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact service offerings. In this role, you will design and launch innovative, service-based offers that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling offer structures, optimize pricing strategies, and deliver effective go-to-market plans-ensuring seamless execution across teams.
What will you do?- Offer Marketing & Portfolio Management
- Develop and manage services offers portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Adapt global offer frameworks to local market needs, including pricing and operational strategies.
- Drive go-to-market planning with clear value propositions, launch timelines, and multi-channel execution.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies & differentiated messaging with solution positioning aligned with customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and experts to shape and evolve the offer portfolio.
- Partner with Line of Business to identify gaps, define requirements, and support roadmap development.
- Sales Enablement & Campaign Execution
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as brochures, presentations, pricebooks, case studies, and battle cards.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote services offers across channels (web events, social media, email).
- Lead marketing and solution support for internal and external events, webinars, and client workshops.
- Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to ensure differentiation and competitiveness.
- Leverage customer insights, usage trends, and market feedback to refine offers.
- Provide insights to support portfolio planning, innovation, and business development, including internal communications or services offers.
- Track and report campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
What qualifications will make you successful?- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or related field (Electrical Engineering or Science is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a Offer Marketing experience, Product Marketing, or Commercial Strategy, preferably in services-oriented industries.
- Results oriented and strong business acumen.
- Experience in localizing global strategies and offers to meet local markets' needs.
- Strong analytical skills (e.g. with Microsoft excel); experience in pricing or financing modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and work seamlessly across teams.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong relationships and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Agile and adaptable with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems even with limited information.
- Skilled at time management and prioritization. Drives results by managing multiple priorities and deadlines, focusing on high-impact initiatives while delivering quality outcomes efficiently.
- Attention to detail through thorough and precise execution, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
