The Role: Offer Marketing Manager, Power System

What will you do?
  • Drive business growth of responsible offers/products
    • Build Marketing Fundamentals including Identify Targeted Segment / Go To Market Strategy / Business Model by GTM / Offer Positioning by segment & customer / Price Positioning / Competition / Segment Value Proposition / Local Battle Cards
    • Lead Marketing operations including Annual Marketing Review (AMR), Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP)
    • Monitor Performance by each individual offer and provide analysis and recommendations.
    • Drive Power System via Channels, working closely with the channel team to boost Power System offers
  • Build mid-long term Power System strategy
    • Identify new business potential of individual offers and build business cases, present the business to get management support, and drive the necessary action plans
    • Integrate global strategic initiatives into the Power System business strategy, identify action plans to support the strategic initiatives
  • Offer Operational Management:
    • Responsible for Offer Operational tasks including Pricing, Price List, Delta Price, Margin management, transactional business model, offer data management, webpage information, configuration tool deployment, SIOP for supply chain.
    • Liaise with country internal teams including Marcom, Quality, Logistic, Tendering, Specifiers, Channels
    • Liaise with Factories to support the business operation
    • Liaise with the BU to identify offer gaps and build offer roadmaps for the country
    • Responsible for new offer launching (if any)
    • Responsible for offer Withdrawal (if necessary)
    • Responsible for local certification required by the market
    • Be the expert of Power Systems Offer relevant to the country, and responsible for sales training to build offer competence in the country
    • Good knowledge of key competitors and their products in the market. Good understanding of product battle card and able to train internal team.
    • Provide product forecast (SIOP) to Supply Chain
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record in sales and/or marketing /or tendering in the same or similar industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Good communications skills are critical for this internal/external customer interface position
  • Knowledge in low voltage and/or medium voltage would be beneficial
