You will join the HSE and Facility Team, where you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HSE and Facility management, while providing valuable support to the teams responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Mission (About the Role) This role is to support the HSE and Facility Team in creating a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment for all employees.This involves implementing and monitoring HSE programs, conducting regular facility inspections, supporting maintenance activities, security measures, and working on sustainability initiatives.What will you do? - Assisting with Inspections: Conducting HSE inspections, identifying hazards, and participating in facility walkthrough to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and best practices.
- Facility Management: Supporting maintenance coordination with Facility Coordinator and working on projects related to building infrastructure and operations.
- Documentation and reporting: Helping to maintain HSE and Facility records, preparing reports on HSE metrics, and contributing to the documentation of HSE procedures and programs.
- Training Support: Assisting in coordination of HSE training programs, creating training materials, and potentially even participating in or leading safety training sessions for employees.
- Project supports: Contributing to facility improvement projects, participating in planning and execution of HSE initiatives, and assisting with the implementation of new HSE programs.
- Emergency Response Preparation: Participating in emergency response drills, helping to develop emergency response plans, and being involved in maintaining safety equipment and supplies.
- Research and Analysis. Conducting research on HSE and facility-related topics, analyzing data related to HSE metrics, and contributing to the development of HSE and facility improvement strategies.
What qualifications will make you successful? Education: Bachelor's in Health and Safety Studies /Environmental Studies /Facility Management related or similar Skills/Systems Knowledge: Knowledge in using Microsoft Office Tools (Power Point, Excel, Office, Power Apps, Power Automate/Flows) Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
