Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Field Services Engineer with a strong background in
electrical engineering to support our industrial customers in the
Southern region of Thailand, particularly in the
Oil & Gas,
Chemical, and related sectors. This role involves providing on-site technical services, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure high equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on-site technical support, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues in industrial environments.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and provide feedback for product and service improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure all field activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance roles.
- Hands-on experience in industrial environments, preferably in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or heavy industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and instrumentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the Southern region.
