Overall Job Role

We are looking for interns who have the thirst for learning and eager to level up to experience real work-life culture in our organization while building their professional knowledge in HR. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the recruitment process and the opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition.

Job Description

  • Provide support in recruitment and administrative activities.
  • Provides day-to-day resourcing support that enables DHL to continuously improve the quality of staff to meet its resourcing requirements for today and the future.
  • Coordinate and support with the interview scheduling and onboarding process for new hire.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects as needed.

  • Currently pursuing Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.

  • Highly responsible and dependable.
  • Fast learner and problem solver with an enthusiasm to learn.
  • Ambitious, passion for people and proactive.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 6 months full-time commitment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
