We are hiring a talents who is able to facilitate, overseas and directs the customer implementation processes with internal & external stakeholder in Malaysia. Apart from the process, this role executes all implementation projects, including sustainability on quality and performance after customer implementation.

Job Responsibility:

• Focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing the performance and outcomes of implemented customer projects against day-to-day operations
• Ensuring that they align with customer requirement and deliver the expected performance and benefits.
• Responsible for implementation function and, success of customer onboarding
• Manages and implement global and regional implementation initiatives and rollouts
• Contribute and implement business strategy and objectives toward Company growth
• Propose and design solution in internal & external IT integrations involving customer systems
• To study and identify processes to increase company competency in implementation process and qualification, includes certifications and training.
• Coordinates with all stakeholders and content experts to achieve seamless implementation
• Drives and supports process compliance (incl. KPI monitoring and enforcement)

We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements:

• Min. 2 years of working experiences as related to Process-Driven and Customer Engagement for business onboarding.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Studies or any relevant academic background.
• The incumbent needs to be proficient in stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless experience for our customer.
• Skillset require includes prioritizing, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• This position is located in USJ 25, Subang Jaya.
