Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities
Provide dedicated support in the administration, maintenance, and governance of customer pricing, discounts, rebates, promotions, and related master data to ensure pricing accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and efficient business operations. The role carries an elevated level of responsibility in supporting commercial and operational teams through effective stakeholder management, analytical insights, issue resolution, and active participation in process improvement in initiatives. The Pricing Analyst serves as a key business partner in ensuring pricing data integrity while minimizing financial risk and pricing-related disputes across APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Condition Maintenance
Maintain pricing conditions, discounts, promotions, rebates, and customer-specific pricing records in SAP based on approved business requests.
Create, modify, extend, and deactivate pricing conditions in accordance with established policies and approval matrices.
Validate pricing requests for completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation prior to execution.
Ensure pricing changes are implemented within agreed service level timelines.
Conduct pre- and post-maintenance reviews to confirm successful implementation.
Pricing Governance & Controls
Ensure all pricing maintenance activities comply with internal controls, approval requirements, and audit standards.
Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for all pricing changes.
Support periodic pricing reviews and data validation activities.
Identify and escalate pricing discrepancies, risks, or potential financial impacts.
Business Support
Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams regarding pricing setup and maintenance requests.
Provide guidance on pricing procedures, system requirements, and submission standards.
Support issue resolution relating to pricing discrepancies impacting orders, invoicing, deductions, or claims.
Data Quality & Reporting
Monitor pricing master data accuracy and completeness.
Perform data cleansing and correction activities where required.
Generate pricing-related reports and analysis to support business decisions and operational reviews.
Assist with root cause analysis for pricing-related claims and billing exceptions.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline pricing maintenance processes and reduce manual intervention.
Participate in regional and global process improvement initiatives & contribute to standardization of pricing processes across APAC markets.
Transformation & UAT Support (ES4 / S/4HANA)
Participate in and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for OTC-Pricing processes as part of ES4 implementation
Validate system configurations, scenarios, and end-to-end process flows to ensure business readiness
Identify and document defects, coordinate fixes, and support retesting cycles
Support change management, process stabilization, and hyper care activities post go-live

Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in Pricing Operations, OTC, Claims, Customer Service, Finance Operations, Commercial Operations, or Master Data Management is advantageous.
Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
Experience supporting shared service center operations would be an advantage.
Exposure to pricing condition maintenance, rebates, trade promotions, customer agreements, or commercial master data is desirable.
Language Proficiency: Mandarin (Read & Write) preferable
