  • Deliver Growth & Market Leadership: Role is essential to achieve Kotex’s committed growth of +10.5% in MY, +7% in SG, and +20% in adult care MY, while sustaining market share leadership in MYSG against aggressive competitors.

  • Brand Strategy & Equity Building: Supports annual brand planning, tracks performance and market trends, and drives consumer‑centric campaigns to strengthen Kotex’s equity and ensure sustainable category expansion.

  • Portfolio & Innovation Management: Lead end‑to‑end innovation launches with insurgent mindset and optimise product portfolio competitiveness, develop promotional packs, and implement price pack strategies to maximize profitability and relevance.

  • Execution Excellence & Digital Engagement: Ensures flawless execution of 360 campaigns, guides digital and e‑commerce strategies, and delivers consistent brand messaging across consumer touchpoints to drive engagement and sales.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelors'/Masters’ Degree in Business or Marketing

  • Minimum of 2 years of Consumer marketing experience.

  • Additional trade marketing, digital marketing and/or cross-functional experience an advantage.

  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and project management
