What you will do

This role is responsible for leading, designing, and developing innovative digital solutions to achieve the ambitious SMART manufacturing goals, and providing technical support on process control systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure the systems are functioning properly and meeting the needs of the organization:

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop the Automation and control strategies to drive a SMART manufacturing roadmap
• Lead a flawless automation project execution
• Provide technical support on Process Control Systems and Automation (PLCs, SCADA, HMI, Instrument, etc.).
• Ability to apply new technologies for continuous improvement of productivity, Safety, Quality, and Sustainability.
• Design testing CA/IQ/OQ/CSV protocols and perform testing and validation for project related to Industrial Control System
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PLC, SCADA, MES and related equipment
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the new systems and processes
• Lead Industrial Control System projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, compliance to quality and safety requirements
• Provide technical support and assistance in the integration of IT and OT systems
• Lead training sessions for end-users on the new systems and processes

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in in Electrical, Controls, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, Industrial Control System and IT/OT transformation
• Strong knowledge in IT/OT network and infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of IT/OT network design and implementation
• Specialized proficiency in PLC or DCS based control systems, SCADA systems and general automation systems (such as AVEVA Wonderware, Rockwell FactoryTalk, etc.)
• Having experience in Smart Factory or Industry 4.0 is preferable.
• Capital project experience, including PM (scope/cost/schedule) role,
• Experience working in a regulated GMP environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
