Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and Analytics lead to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading data-driven initiatives and providing strategic insights to support Kenvue's business goals. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of data management and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Kenvue DNA product line for Thailand and Vietnam with a focus on delivering impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data and analytics solutions.
• Lead and manage a team of data engineers, UI / UX developers, business analysts and data scientists to execute data-driven projects and initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by establishing and maintaining best practices in data management.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modelling, to derive actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and technology to ensure Kenvue remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data and analytics team.
• Prioritize and manage Data & Analytics backlog and demands with focus on impact and delivering business strategy.
• Manage projects from budget, cost and delivery standpoint and ensure effective communications with the stakeholders on status, risks, alternatives.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, data management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in cloud platforms and data technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, DBT.
• Practical experience in data science, applied machine learning is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the consumer health or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements.
