Customer Development Manager

This position reports into Group Customer Development Manager and is based at Thailand.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute approved plan and manage supporting budget to deliver sales target
  • Understand customer's business and direction to grow long term business
  • Managing customer negotiations in relation to Kenvue commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions
  • Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales

What We Are Looking For

Required:
  • Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions
  • Good analytical skills, supervisory, leadership and good team player
  • Strong knowledge in Sales Performance Management system on In-Store Missions, Customer Management, Category Management skill
  • Good command of English
