Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation - SDI

This role will be part of the Finance Transformation Team, which is responsible for optimizing the finance operating model to achieve a best-in-class finance organization. This position reports into the Transformation SDI Director and is based in the Czech Republic, Prague or Brazil, Sao Paolo. This role may require 10-20% travel.

Role reports to: Transformation SDI Director

Location: Czech Republic, Prague or Brazil, Sao Paolo

What You Will Do

The SDI Transformation Team Lead is responsible for design, deployment and enablement of Finance model shifts globally. Such projects can include finance operating model and design, new scope evaluations as well as linking key interdependencies with technology and process initiatives. This is a high visibility role that requires strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the finance transformation initiatives within the Global Finance primarily for the I2C team and others per management request

• Coordinate the implementation of innovative strategies to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency

• Coordinate various cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial operations

• Coordinate the transformation of finance processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

• Translate strategic levers into project plans

• Create linkage between technology and operating model design

• Lead, facilitate and coordinate all new scope deployment activities required.

• Responsible for issue and risk escalation to management where required.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience is required

• At least 1 year of project, transformation, deployment, or operating model design experience

• At least 1-2 year of project, transformation, deployment, or operating model design experience

• Experience with implementing financial software solutions and driving process improvements

• Strong knowledge of financial systems, processes

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.

• A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Excellent presentation, framing and communication skills.

• Collaboration skills

Desired Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Finance processes.

• Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess and communicate risk.

• Operational Excellence/ Project Management/Change Management skills desired.

• Technologically savvy, stakeholder focus; flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
