• This position is part of the Professional Education team for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (JJVC) Malaysia and reports into the Professional Education Manager. This position is expected to support the development and execution of Professional Education & Development strategies as per country business objectives.
• This position will work with internal and external key stakeholders to drive JJVC’s Eye Health agenda in partnership with Government Institutions, Professional Associations, Optometry Academies and Eye Care Professionals. • Ensure strong professional bench strength and build future capabilities to support business ambition.
• This position will support the successful execution of new product launches by supporting new product development programs, processes, clinical claims and ECP education & adoption program.
