Job Description:

J& J Malaysia is currently hiring for Protégé Trainee for a 12-months contract. We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Commercial Quality team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and associated quality operations activities. This role involves strategic governance, compliance, efficiency improvement, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Support routine quality operations, including documentation and record management.

  • Support in preparation for quality audits and inspections, as needed.

  • Help analyze data related to quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops related to quality procedures.

  • Support the resolution of quality-related issues in accordance with company standards, procedures and policies.

  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

  • Contribute to Quality & Compliance (Q& C) projects in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates in any discipline

  • Minimum 2nd Upper Class and above (CGPA 3.0 and above).

  • Reputable and accredited university.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
