• Ownership over price book - handle & upload price requests and maintain price book in ERP system

• Maintain and standardize approach/tools for pricing

• Participate in the development and measurement of price strategy and customer segmentation

• Cooperate across functions to identify inefficiencies in processes especially but not only in areas of interdependencies with pricing

• Preparation of requests for reimbursement in CZ and SK

• Everyday support of other departments with reimbursement data /commercial, pricing, tender, marketing

• Analysis of reimbursement lists regularly and based on need

• Support during VZP/MoH SR revisions of reimbursement lists/catalogues

• Support of data analysis based on business needs /eg. Procedural numbers.../

• Public Tenders - support sales & marketing team with tender preparation in Slovakia

• Public Tenders - manage end to end bid preparation

• Public Tenders database maintenance including Archiving of documentation and maintaining record retention• Fluent in Czech and/or Slovak language

• At least medium English level (written & verbal)

• Preferably university degree but not a must

• Ideally at least 3 years of business experience (reimbursement knowledge not required)

• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot / basic formulas)

• Basic MS Access knowledge
