This position reports into the Health Care Compliance Officer, Consumer Health India and Regional Office and is based in Malaysia

What will you do
1. Compliance Culture Development:
o Proactively partner with business leaders to ensure that compliance risks are identified, mitigated & addressed there by setting up a culture of compliance and shared accountability by actively engaging with business leaders to ensure strong tone at the top and middle.
o Advise business on day to day matters of Ethics and Compliance.
2. Compliance Training/Communication Program:
o Design and implement an effective compliance training program, both online and in-person, for new and existing employees, including workshops for senior management and key awareness programs tailored to job profiles.
3. Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strategies:
o Develop and conduct comprehensive risk assessments and developing effective strategies to mitigate risks.
4. Monitoring and Reporting:
o Ensure confidential reporting, non-retaliation and investigation of all sensitive issues.
Partner with business to foster compliant behaviour and determine appropriate disciplinary measures and management action plans
5. Due Diligence
o Drive compliant engagement through Third Parties by implementing appropriate due diligence and lifecycle management.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compliance.
o Recommend and implement improvements to the compliance program.
o Collaborate with other departments to integrate compliance into business processes.

• Bachelor's degree and fluent in English
• Strong leadership skills, an energetic management style and well-developed coaching skills
