Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

What will your mission be?

As a Sales Assistant, you will be at the center of sales activities in the store.

You will enchant every visitor with ease, surprise and generosity and provide a quality service at all times. You will ensure that each customer is treated individually, identify their needs and surprise them with the different Hermès universes. They focus on high quality sales, developing strong customer relationships and providing excellent aftersales service.

What will your everyday life be like?
  • You will transmit the values of Hermès to the customer and convey lightness and generosity at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping environment at all times, adapted to the culture and personality of each customer
  • Handle high quality in-store sales activities across all métiers, always keeping in mind the quality of the products and the excellent service that Hermès wants to offer its customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with potential and current customers
  • Identifying and handling customer inquiries and concerns


What do you need tob e successful with us?
  • You have several years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment
  • You have a natural passion for people and service
  • You have a high level of adaptability and an extremely good ability to empathize with different cultures
  • You have a strong ability to work in a team to achieve common goals
  • Your profile is rounded off by a fluent command of English, and you are happy to learn another language
