• 品質マネジメントシステムの構築•改善
• 手順書の作成•改訂
• QMS活動のリ-ドとサポ-ト
• 品質に関する監査(外部•内部)の準備および対応
• QMS関連の電子システム(LMS/PLMSなど)の導入および導入後のサポ-ト
• Quality Metrics管理
• 上記活動の戦略立案
• 担当チ-ムのパフォ-マンスマネジメント、及びメンバ-育成計画の立案•実行

職務経験

< 職務経験＞

• 3年以上の医薬品、医療機器、化粧品の製造、QA/QC業務の経験
• 3年以上の品質保証または品質管理業務の経験
• 医薬品/化粧品GMP、ISO13485又はISO9001に基づいた業務の経験
• 医薬品、化粧品、医療機器の設計•開発業務の経験等

< 必要とする能力•スキル＞

• 薬機法、ISO13485又はISO9001の基礎的な知識
• 業務の課題•問題点を調査•分析し、全社的視点で改善できる能力
• PC関連の基礎(Word, Excel, Outlook, PPTなど)
