Description:

Within Schneider Electric, the Customer Satisfaction & Quality department is involved in creating offers and developing new projects for Schneider brand products (e.g., EcoStruxure). This department is responsible for quality and continuous improvement.

Your Role:

Under the responsibility of the Global Senior Manager (Mitali) and based in Nice (France), you will be responsible for the software quality of offers and projects.

Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Offer Quality and Project Quality, as well as continuous, systematic, and sustainable improvement on the number of product families focusing on Software product profolio (end-to-end quality of the associated software product portfolio, during development and post commercialization).
  • Define project quality goals and targets inline to the organizational / business lines quality goals.
  • Perform regular quality analysis, based on big data to be able to decide improvement actions on the existing offer in the right priority.
  • Make sure, that the Customer Field Experience is well considered inside Offer creation Projects and that all customer requirements are well considered from open to close of a development project.
  • Make sure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are well managed inside Projects, anticipate and provide visibility on any product or project risks and alert accordingly.
  • Assist the Project Manager/Release Train Engineer on animation and decision-making processes in stage gate preparation, report and action follow up, act like a Co-Pilot.


Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent in quality or electronics
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality (offer or product)


Your Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of software development process and methodologies (Lifecycles, Procedures, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Quality methods (8D, 5 Why, Pareto, FMEA, risk analysis, ...)
  • OLM (PMP & Agile) and Quality Processes
  • Knowledge on Software Engineering Lifecycle/ Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to communicate, lead meetings and make proposals
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Curiosity, rigor, organization, and autonomy
  • Fluent in English
