Schneider Electric is hiring a Senior End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative I in Al Khobar, 04. This is a full-time position.
Drive growth in the Building Segment across the Central Region by developing strong relationships with key contractors and end users, securing early engagement in projects, and promoting Schneider Electric's integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and end users to identify and develop new project opportunities.
- Drive early-stage engagement to secure specifications and influence project design.
- Solution Promotion
- Promote Schneider Electric's end-to-end portfolio including:
- Power Distribution
- Building Automation
- Energy Management
- Digital & EcoStruxure solutions
- Digital & Innovation Focus
- Identify and develop digital opportunities, positioning EcoStruxure and IoT-enabled solutions to deliver measurable customer value.
- Project Development & Execution
- Collaborate with business units and channel teams to:
- Develop offers
- Prepare technical/commercial proposals
- Support project execution requirements
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to define and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ecosystem Alignment
- Work closely with the Prescription team to:
- Influence consultants, ministries, and key stakeholders
- Ensure full alignment from specification to project award ("closing the loop")
- Account Coverage
- Leverage existing network and relationships within KSA contractors and developers to accelerate market penetration.
- Reporting & Governance
- Provide timely and structured reporting to management on:
- Pipeline development
- Project progress
- Forecast accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 8-10 years of proven sales experience in the building segment, preferably within power distribution, building automation, and energy management solutions.
- Strong market knowledge and hands-on experience in Riyadh and Central Region, with established relationships and access to:
- Key contractors (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
- Strategic end users and developers
- Solid technical and commercial understanding of:
- Power Distribution systems
- Building Management & Automation Systems (BMS)
- Energy Management solutions
- Digital / IoT platforms (preferably EcoStruxure or similar)
- Proven experience in managing complex project sales cycles in KSA, including:
- Early-stage engagement
- Specification influence
- Contractor and end-user coordination
- Strong ability to work in a matrix organization, collaborating effectively with:
- Cross-functional teams
- Different business units
- Channel and prescription teams
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing high-value projects.
