Job Description

In this role, you will:

Working within mechanical maintenance department to strict production, EHS and quality requirements, help to achieve daily maintenance requirements to meet internal and external customer expectations and requirements.

Environment, Health, Safety and quality

• Support EHS culture change and ensure compliance to regulations and to the Company Safety Performance, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
• Comply to all safety objectives and follow all the safe work instructions and SOPs
• Ensure that all the machine safety guards are working properly
• Comply with all quality standards and SOPs

• Ensure a safe working environment.

Productivity

• Implement, execute, and document all Preventive maintenance activities
• Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production and carry out diagnosis of faults and Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
• Ensure all lost time, minor and trivial accidents are reported and ensure all company procedures are understood and followed
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage Self Development and Willing for Learning and Coaching.
• Communicate & transfer Information & Data to team
• Communication with Maintenance and Operation Leaders

• Minimum Mechanical Diploma Degree
• Holding Saudi Nationality
• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in industrial manufacturing
• SEC Membership Certificate (can be submitted after selection)
• Has good computer and English skills
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs like 5S, LEAN, OPEX, TPM
