Telecom and ELV Sales Manager

The Telecom and ELV Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in KSA, managing key client relationships in the Extra Low Voltage and Telecom systems domain. This role requires a deep understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, IDS etc.) and telecom infrastructure (LAN, Optical Transmission, SCS, IP-Telephony) combined with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and telecom projects.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of project sales opportunities.

• Provide accurate forecasting and delivery of annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Stay updated with the latest ELV and telecom technologies and industry trends.

• Collaborate with proposal teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.

• Participate in bid pricing strategies and lead contract negotiations.

• Work closely with project management, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely payment collection, and client satisfaction.

• Maintain up-to-date records of project pipelines, customer visits, and contacts using the bFO tool (Salesforce).

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ELV and telecom sales in KSA.

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, IDS etc.) and telecom infrastructure (LAN, Optical Transmission, SCS, IP-Telephony)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently at senior customer levels.

• Solid understanding of commercial processes, including cost estimation, negotiation, and contract management.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

• Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.

• Independent thinker with sound business judgment and a proactive, risk-aware approach to decision-making.

• Collaborative team player-dynamic, passionate, and capable of driving alignment across teams and functions.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, RCDD, HCIS or equivalent certifications (optional but advantageous).

• Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Bosch, Milestone etc.).
