Description:
Seeking a highly organized and efficient Field Service Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing field service operations, ensuring safety compliance, and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule work orders efficiently, considering customer requirements, field service representative (FSR) skills, and locations.
Participate proactively in Short Interval Management (SIM) meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date FSR skills information in the Business Front Office (BFS) system.
Ensure safety documentation compliance for all work orders.
Manage cybersecurity and security controls.
Contribute to sales targets and forecast accuracy.
Optimize FSR workload and travel schedules.
Maintain accurate installed base (IB) tracking and product association.
Promote excellent customer experience and monitor satisfaction metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Utilize digital tools such as EcoStruxure Asset Advisor and Master Planning Tool.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field service planning or related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and customers.
Proficiency in using digital planning and management tools.
Knowledge of safety regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
Relevant certifications in project management or field service operations (e.g., PMP, CFSM) are a plus
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field service planning, operations management, or similar role
Proven track record in optimizing workforce scheduling and resource allocation
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in field service management software (e.g., Business Front Office - BFS)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Familiarity with ERP systems and customer relationship management
Knowledge:
Understanding of field service operations and best practices
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the industry
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and their application in field operations
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
