Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Map the P& G market to identify the key End-Users and be the first point of contact from Schneider Electric for these customers.
  • Develop the C-Level lobbying contacts inside these organizations.
  • Identify the major Engineering, Procurement and Construction Companies in the P& G segment that are active in KSA.
  • Establish the chain of communication with the Global Account Managers and Key Account Managers of these customers wherever applicable.
  • Master the methodology of Business Flow across the various layers and actors between the End-Users and Schneider Electric, touching the Contractors, System Integrators, Panel Builders, Consultants, and Service Providers.
  • Asses the market size, identifying the key focus areas of growth and business development.
  • Set the targets for the business by Application, Product, Customer, Region, Solutions, and technology
  • .Develop, share and drive detailed Business Plan to Channel the Schneider Efforts across all BU's on the P& G Market Segment.
  • Diffuse and translate the P& G Segment Objectives to the Regional Sales Team, and ensure that the Regional Plan for each BU is aligned with the Country Plan for P& G segment.
  • Propose and ensure training for the P& G Customers as well as the Schneider Front End Sales Team in the target areas according to the Business Plan.
  • Develop contacts with partners and customers in Key positions and ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ensure the Approvals for all SE offers with the P& G end-users.
  • Measure and Monitor the P& G segment achievements qualitatively as well as quantitatively, to ensure alignment between plans and execution.
  • Provide Monthly Reports, Sales Forecasts, and implement corrective action plans to meet the objectives. Report the activities on the CRM tools (bFO) as required by Group rules.

  • Qualifications

    • Engineering Degree Holder in Electrical, Electronics, Communication and related fields.
    • 7+ Years Experience in the same field
