esponsibilities/Activities

  • Supply Chain Optimization:

    • Align logistics strategies with Schneider Electric's global supply chain objectives.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Leverage Schneider Electric's digital technologies (e.g., EcoStruxure) to optimize logistics operations.

  • Sustainability and Circular Economy:

    • Incorporate sustainability principles into logistics planning and execution.
    • Reduce environmental impact by optimizing transportation routes, minimizing packaging, and promoting sustainable practices.
    • Explore opportunities for circular economy initiatives, such as product reuse and recycling.

  • Global Logistics Network Management:

    • Manage and oversee Schneider Electric's global logistics network, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution centers.
    • Ensure efficient and reliable movement of products across borders and regions.
    • Coordinate with local logistics teams to ensure compliance with regional regulations and customs requirements.

  • Risk Management and Resilience:


    • Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
    • Ensure business continuity planning to address potential challenges, such as natural disasters, geopolitical events, or supply chain disruptions.
    • Foster a culture of resilience and adaptability within the logistics team.

  • Customer Experience:

    • Prioritize customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and address customer inquiries.
    • Drive continuous improvement in logistics performance to exceed customer expectations.
