Description:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • This position is accountable for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment. FSR will maintain, retrofit, and provide technical support for all Schneider products, both in the shop and on site. Work on competitive equipment may also be part of the role.
  • FSR must be available to: respond to emergency calls and for intervention, maintain service equipment, tools and documentation, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Any intervention will have to be prepared and performed in total respect of safety guidelines (prevention plan, protection equipmen.
  • Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices and procedures
  • After completion risk assesment and POWRA, Create the near miss through Enablon Application
  • Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric product & possible competition equipment
  • Perform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance on equipment
  • Co-ordinate with customer for entry gate pass, work permit etc., to commence the work.
  • Supervise Installation of the supplied equipment and validate the installation.
  • Proactive participation to team collective initiatives & management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals (SIM1)
  • Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc..)
  • Use all digital tools designed for SE FSR
  • Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
  • Install missing/ shortage materials and complete wiring correction / modification in co-ordination with Site Leader. Verify the modification before testing engineer.
  • Upon completion of site work, validate the installation as a Supervisor and Submit the installation check list to Site leader.
  • Provide internal report on corrective action required related to all installation activities/Mechanical Issues.
  • Provide safe custody of documentation, drawings and calibration record.
  • Support the T& C engineer/Site Leader during the progress of work.
  • Perform maintenance of test equipment and tools.
  • Leads or contributes to Field Services small projects coordination and execution on customer site (end of life, modernization, upgrade, ...).
  • Report to the T& C engineer during the progress of work.
