APAC Aurora Kinaxis Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of Kinaxis within a specific function and all segments in APAC. This role will drive process standardization across the assigned function, manage the function’s business resources involved in the project, and ensure that the solution meets both operational and strategic objectives of the business.

Role Overview & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Kinaxis Demand planning and S& OP module development, implementation and growth of sustainability and capability development initiatives to support and sustain EM family of practitioners. Responsible for Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Reporting & Analytics & Framework Standardization

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to evaluate and provide advice, counsel and services, as requested, on S& OP & Demand planning(volume and trade modeling), technology, data, processes, organization and metrics, to the EM community.

  • Establish and manage relationships with global S& OP, EM S& OP, demand, portfolio health & supply management experts in the field to provide insights into EM capabilities for Kinaxis.

  • Develop, implement, monitor and derive insights on Demand planning and S& OP metrics which drive integrated business performance across all functions during the roll-over from Prevail to Kinaxis.

  • Lead the implementation, optimization and enhancement of state-of-the-art statistical forecasting models, in conjunction with the vendors, to enable predictive planning and trade promotion management using mathematics, statistical tools and processes

  • Communicate effectively with leaders, subordinates and others who have a need to know thereby influencing and building trusting relationships. Communicate in a way that is timely, prompt, complete, concise; candid, accurate, clear, and responsive

The Aurora team will work with senior leaders from Business Leadership, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure understanding and buy-in of the future Demand Planning and S& OP strategies, processes and system solutions. Ultimately, this leader as part of the Aurora team will facilitate and support the development and implementation of Demand Planning and S& OP capabilities and related sub-processes at the country & region levels. In coordination with Demand Planning and S& OP leaders in business units & countries the Aurora S& OP team will drive implementation and adoption of the Demand Planning and S& OP system-enabled process and toolset, and ensure the appropriate structure, support and visibility to sustain success in business performance.

Essential Requirements

Background / Leadership competencies

  • 10+ years of experience in fields of demand & supply planning / Inventory management/ Logistics execution; S& OP qualifications (CPIM, CPSM, APIC) preferred

  • Solid and Hands-on knowledge of Demand Planning systems including Prevail, P10, APODP, SAP Structures(R/3, HANA) and statistical modeling in P10.

  • Solid and Hands-on knowledge of Analytics tools like PowerBI, Datalake & VDMs

  • Knowledge of new planning systems like Kinaxis and usage of AI/ML in planning & Experience in large-scale DP process/system/tool deployment is preferred

  • Strong experience developing working relationships with business teams and business support functions in a large matrix organization in delivering timely, accurate and feasible S& OP solutions preferred.

  • Self motivated and Prepared to challenge the status – quo as appropriate

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate root cause analysis, thoroughness and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate and influence based on data

  • An articulate and can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills and both cultural and organization sensitivity with proven ability to work impactfully across diverse cultures and organizations and manage geographically remote teams.

  • A good coach and trainer for ensuring the capability flow through the organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering or related discipline; Graduate Degree (MBA) preferred
