Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, Innovative Medicine, Singapore & Indonesia.

The role will be based in Singapore reporting to the SMIP Cluster Finance Lead and will be a member of the Southeast Asia & India Finance Team.

This role represents an opportunity for the candidate to partner closely with a broad range of business partners across the commercial organisation as well as Supply Chain, Finance and other Enterprise Functions.

The candidate will support both the Singapore and Indonesia commercial teams, gaining strong commercial experience with end-to-end control of all financials.

We are looking for individuals who are technically strong, agile & possess the ability to work with various teams and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership

  • Act as the key Finance business partner and point of contact for Innovative Medicine commercial teams in Singapore & Indonesia.
  • Partner with Commercial leaders to build Business Review decks and insights.
  • Regular connects with commercial business partners to review spending and utilisation of budgets.
  • Perform decision support analysis for all commercial cases including GP analysis, pricing cases, new product launches and other ad hoc requests.
  • Monthly NTS tracking and insight generation.
  • Support effective resource allocation initiatives, efficiencies in OPEX and cash flow generation.
  • Upskill and train business partners in financial policies & processes.

Financial Planning

  • Support the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process in collaboration with Supply Chain and Commercial partners, driving accurate forecasts.
  • Lead the Quarterly Latest Thinking preparation for NTS, P& L and Balance Sheet / Cash Flow.
  • Collaborate with the FP& A team ensuring timely submission of all requests and high quality commentary.
  • Lead forecast cycles in partnership with commercial teams, including calendar management.
  • Responsible for all submissions into Anaplan and relevant systems for forecast cycles.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Responsible for the Quarterly Key Control Checklist (KCC) and execution of all relevant compliance related activities, including SOP updates, process reviews and threshold analysis.
  • Lead and guide the business on Finance compliance matters.
  • Active involvement in all quarter-end and year-end activities, including BVA, Provisions & Accruals.
  • Master Data maintenance and management.

Others

  • Ad Hoc projects in line with Regional and Global priorities
  • Active participant within the broader Finance team and community.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree with a preference for Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Financial Certification in CPA/CMA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Financial Systems.
  • Preferred knowledge of Anaplan, Power BI and related applications.
