Job Description:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

MedTech – Electrophysiology, the role of this Clinical sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and planning of the clinical support in EP (Electrophysiology) catheterization labs and designated hospitals or territories assigned, selling and promoting Electrophysiology products, technology & solutions amongst current and potential customers. Close collaboration with regional Marketing & Professional education on CME programs for end-users, possessing good & effective communication skillsets and strong capability building with team members. Primarily focusing on Singapore and specific territories within Malaysia according to business goals and objectives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Clinical support

  • A good understanding and familiarization of the clinical EP environment, competitor products – Continuous development of EP knowledge and to coach team members in the field.

  • To work closely with Business Unit Manager on key account management and understanding local processes and regulations.

  • Able to lead and support EP cases, Optimizing of Carto Experience (OCE) on products or modules as well as able to handle system troubleshooting during any case situation.

  • Following and coordinating clinical procedures or schedules.

  • Tailor product conversation to the audience to ensure proper understanding and optimal utilization.

  • Demonstrates products’ features and benefits to meet customers’ unmet needs.

  • Being comfortable with all types of heart arrhythmias and able to manage various KOL’s in respective / given markets.

Sales

  • Planning and achieving business and sales goals.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and sharing market information (public procurements, competitors, business partners). Benchmarking exercises.

  • Preparing pricing offers, public procurements responses, respecting deadlines.

  • Understand and know clinical EP environment, competitors’ products – Continuous development of the knowledge.

  • Keeping regular presentations, education to the partners – Introducing new products, techniques, providing courses for the best usage of the product.

  • Responsible for the launch and rollout of new products and services, initializing sponsorship/workshops/proctorship events & executing state-of-the-art product launches process.

  • Participate online or/and F2F in industry symposia, medical meetings and monitor the industry’s business.

  • Commercial & negotiation activities with non-clinical stakeholders/tender committees etc.

Operational

  • Effective expense management of yearly Advertisement & Promotions, CME & sponsorship budget.

  • Respecting deadlines in providing monthly reports, expense reports, forecasts and other company processes.

  • To understand and follow the processes with the Customer Service (pricing, public procurement, Consignment management etc.).

  • Following and administrating quality Complaints due to Company quality processes.

  • Close collaboration with support function personnel and departmental Heads.

  • Required to attend regular calls or meetings on demand planning, product change management, Launch Excellence and Leadership team engagements

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree (preferably Technical, Biomedical or Medical background).

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience within the cardiovascular/Electrophysiology field.

  • Good communicator with excellent presentation skills. Strong ability to effectively convey information in a variety of formal and informal settings.

  • Having people managerial experience would be an added value.

  • Ability to drive projects in an organized and timely manner, with necessary follow-ups and interaction with all involved stakeholders.

  • Desire and ability to anticipate and address the needs of customers (internal or external) through timely program/project implementation.

  • Analytical thinking: Systematic gathering, organizing, and synthesizing of relevant data into meaningful added value information.

  • Teamwork/Collaboration: Intention and ability to work effectively with others toward shared and common goals.

  • High level of energy, engagement, responsibility.

  • Ability to travel, mainly locally and at times within South East Asia countries.

  • Driving license.

  • Fluency in speaking/written/reading English language & preparing presentation decks.
