J& J Innovative Medicines Asia Pacific is looking for the best talent for a newly created role of APAC Senior Director Market Access Policy to shape Asia Pacific market access policy related to the region's evolving healthcare systems to ensure support of innovation and patient access to sustainable, high-quality health care. You will proactively shape our reputation and leadership, driving the debate on policy initiatives in the region to ensure a robust stakeholder engagement plans are developed and in place for functional policy shaping (eg with regional / global trade associations).
You will support local policy teams in driving the policy debate via aligned industry activities through collaboration with local, regional and global stakeholders both internally and externally as well as monitoring, analysis and inclusion of environmental trends into business cycle considerations – such as Long Range Financial Planning, Business Planning, Integrated Evidence Generation Planning, and Business Development working with other cross-functional team.
This role also plays a key role in partnering internally with the APAC Company Group Chair and global stakeholders to develop access related policy positions and adaption for the company in supporting/influencing externally industry position development, which is essential to mitigate regulatory and pricing risks and ensure long-term sustainable growth for the region.
You will be partnering with Access and the broader cross-functional teams, in identifying policy issues within and across markets related to our key disease areas and developing strategies and execution plans for addressing in order to enable patient access to our medicines APAC.
