Job Description:
Lead Global Data Governance

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a Lead for the Global Data Governance team. This role will be focused on supporting the MedTech Global Data Governance and Finance Supply Chain for run-state and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications/updates
- Mentoring and upskilling Senior Analysts on the team
- Oversee Data Loads, Validation, Cleansing
- Support Functional Master Data efforts
- Documentation of End-to-End Process
- Deep knowledge of Master Data
- Liaise and escalate process issues and taxonomy review among key stakeholders. Know enough of the financial models and processes to ask critical questions, frame issues, and drive results.
- Accountable for overall customer satisfaction during deployment process
- Accountable for issue and risk resolution & escalation to management where required
- Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with global design
- Continuously enforce implementation of the PMO standards and approach for deployment end-to-end
- Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and objectives
- Work with global teams to ensure the organization is enabled to drive deeper standardization efforts.
- Thinking creatively and sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback.
- Accountable for data inclusive of cleaning, governance and migration
- Enforce governance, Team structure and interactions between teams
- Mobilize teams and motivate and hold teams & key partners accountable to deliver
- Accountable for the development and implementation of status reports and portfolio dashboards and visual metrics, deliver daily status reporting
- Monitor project/run state progress and ensure compliance
- Lessons learned for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Supply Chain Manufacturing experience required
- Affiliate Customer/Vendor & /or Material Master experience required
- SAP/ERP experience required
- Strong people skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail required
- High organizational skills required
- Deployment, solutions, change management experience desired
- Experience with Test management Tools (JIRA) and Test management analytics desired
- High level degree of expertise in Excel and PowerPoint desired
- Ability to influence and interact with impact across peers and matrixed teams
- Strong learning agility
- Ability to navigate the various capabilities across MT SC
