Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for an Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) Intern, from August to December 2025 located in Manila, Philippines.

The EHS Intern will support the Environmental, Health, and Safety team in implementing programs, conducting inspections, and promoting safety awareness across the site. This role provides hands-on experience in wokrplace safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting safety inspections
  • Help maintain and update EHS documentation and records
  • Support EHS training sessions (New HIre Orientation, and any other awareness events)
  • Assist in developing communication materials e.g. posters, infographics, safety reminders
  • Help monitor waste segregation, recycling programs and sustainability initiatives
  • Provide support during EHS events, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns
  • Perform other administrative or field tasks as assigned by the EHS team

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field
  • Strong interest in workplace safety, health, and environmental practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and engage in both office and fieldwork
