Job Description:

The Content Operations SME is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities across the CSO team as well as the content requirements of the projects. The resource will assist in completing the run-state requests from J& J employees and supporting the CSO Team in managing and responding to requests sent through the Intake tools. Content management work involves content writing and migration of existing content to the content standards in collaboration with subject matter experts, content owners, functional managers and/or content analysts. The position is also responsible for developing, editing/updating and archiving documents (including translated content) related to HR, Procurement, and Finance/Payroll across regions (APAC, NA, EMEA and LATAM) and J& J sectors. The Content Operations SME adheres to the development, approval, publishing and archiving of knowledge and content articles process. The position increases the effectiveness and efficiency of HR, Procurement and Finance/Payroll Service delivery and increases customers’ confidence and satisfaction by ensuring that accurate information is available and easily finable across knowledge bases.

  • Support the CSO Team in managing & responding to requests sent through the intake tools
  • Provide content management support for sector and functional projects
  • Work with the SMEs, Content Owners, Functional Managers and/or CM SMEs in documenting new content or updating existing content using the new content structures
  • Responsible for content conversion based on content standards, developing, editing/updating and archiving documents related to J& J sectors, HR, Procurement, and Finance/Payroll across regions (APAC, NA, EMEA and LATAM). These documents are stored in the following knowledge bases:
    • AskGS/SFDC
    • TruVault
    • Home/Unily (or corresponding tool)
    • Sharepoint Sites
  • Assists with monitoring and gathering feedback on content utilization and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Required Years of Related Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization
  • Knowledge of process documentations and UI/UX tools
  • Instructional design, creative writing or web content editing
  • Stakeholder management
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of database management and reports generation
  • Knowledge of HTML/website development, MS Office Applications (Excel, etc.)
  • Technical writing or process documentation
  • Good English communication (oral and written) skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday and similar tools (optional)
  • Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction
  • Experience with customer service software applications (e.g., case management)
  • Collaboration skills with an employee and customer-focused mindset
  • Results oriented and ability to motivate team to high levels of performance
