Are you passionate about technology and helping others? At Amazing Charts, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our clients. If you enjoy solving problems, working with software, and building strong customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to incoming support calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist clients with software implementation and data extraction to optimize their experience.
  • Use remote login tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on pending support cases.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and contribute to support resources.
  • Foster strong client relationships by providing clear, helpful solutions.
  • Stay up to date on software updates and help roll out new features.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure seamless support.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A customer-first mindset with a polite and professional attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on issue severity.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows functions and file structure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and SQL (a plus, but not required).
