What You’ll Do:

As a Medical Coder, you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality service and ensuring compliance. Your responsibilities include:

• Accurately coding provider services using ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and CPT standards across a variety of clinical settings.
• Meeting and exceeding minimum production standards as per client requirements.
• Tracking and documenting educational opportunities for providers to improve the coding process.
• Staying updated through on-the-job training and in-service programs to ensure expertise in coding practices.
• Adhering to coding guidelines and legal requirements to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Actively participating in virtual team meetings to align with organizational goals.
• Reporting directly to the Coding Manager and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
