In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless insurance processes by verifying coverage, resolving billing issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Verification:

• Contact patients, providers, and insurance companies to verify coverage, claim numbers, and adjuster details.
• Accurately record and update insurance information in the system.

Claim and Billing Follow-up:

• Inquire about payment statuses and resolve issues with rejected claims or bills from the clearinghouse.
• Document and track all communications and actions regarding billing issues.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve insurance verification and billing matters.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with all parties involved.

Data Management:

• Analyze and interpret insurance and billing data using data dimension concepts.
• Assist in developing reports and dashboards to monitor department performance.
